I-Flow Corp.: The Irvine designer and manufacturer of medical products said net income for the first quarter fell 38% to $337,000, or 3 cents a share, from the $543,000, or 5 cents a share, for the same period last year. Revenue more than doubled to a record $4.3 million from $2 million.
