Moises Alou drove in all four Florida runs as the Marlins halted a five-game losing streak with a 4-2 win over the Dodgers on Friday night.

Alou had a two-run triple in the first, a solo homer in the sixth, and a sacrifice fly in the eighth.

Al Leiter (3-1) gave up three hits and two runs in 6 2/3 innings.

Reliever Jay Powell gave up an RBI groundout to Brett Butler in the seventh that cut Florida’s lead to 3-2, but retired Raul Mondesi with the bases loaded to end the inning.

Robb Nen pitched the ninth for his fifth save.

Hideo Nomo (2-2) allowed three hits and two runs in five innings.

The Dodgers took a 1-0 lead in the first when Greg Gagne, who had been 0-for-20 against Leiter, homered.

Alou’s triple in the gap drove home Edgar Renteria and Bobby Bonilla to give the Marlins a 2-1 lead in the bottom of the first. Alou made it 3-1 in the sixth with a 413-foot homer off reliever Chan Ho.

Notes: When Nomo struck out Luis Castillo in the first, he became the second fastest pitcher in major league history to record 500 strikeouts. He accomplished the feat in his 65th game of his third season, just four more than it took Dwight Gooden. . . . The Marlins paid tribute to Jackie Robinson by holding a pregame autograph session with more than 20 former Negro League players, including former teammate Eli Williams, who threw out the first ball. They also put up a giant Jackie Robinson patch in the upped deck in right field. Florida’s Gary Sheffield paid homage by wearing his black socks to just below knee level like Robinson.
