Harley A. Hall; Retired Restaurateur

Retired restaurant owner Harley A. Hall of Ventura died Fridayat his home following a brief illness. He was 79.
Hall was born Aug. 1, 1917, in Rockford, Ill., and lived in Ventura County for 19 years. In Illinois, he was a restaurant operator for 32 years.
After retiring to Ventura, he worked for Footlocker Storage Co.
Hall is survived by sons Gordon of Highland, Calif., and Allen of Ventura; daughter JacquiGordon of Concord, Calif.; sister Marion Henochof Santa Barbara; brother Glenn Hall of Santa Barbara; two grandsons; and a granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jan, in 1986 and brother, Earl, in 1961.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Ivy Lawn Memorial Park with Pastor Dave Hall of Trinity Lutheran Church officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Ted Mayr Funeral Home, Ventura.
