Bouchet was promoted to his most recent position, senior vice president and chief credit officer, in 1992.

Joyce Touchette, the bank’s new assistant vice president, loan administration, will assume some of Bouchet’s duties. Touchette join the bank in February after a 20-year career with the Bank of A Levy. She will be based at the Mills Road branch.
