Bob Kaplan Is New Tarsadia Hotels Vice President

* Bob Kaplan has joined Tarsadia Hotels in Costa Mesa as vice president, real estate. Kaplan was formerly vice president of the hospitality properties group of John Burnham & Co. in San Diego.

* Trish Bartel has been named director of business development for Irvine Medical Center. She was formerly director of business development for Chapman Medical Center in Orange.

* Jack Mervis has been appointed chief operating officer of Raygal Inc., an Irvine food service equipment contractor and designer. Mervis previously headed the Tucson branch of Standard Restaurant Equipment, and was division manager for the company’s contract/design operations.

* Ann Marie Delligatta has been appointed vice president and chief technology officer of Auto-By-Tel Corp. in Irvine. She had been vice president and general manager of information technology services for TRW Information Systems and Services.

* Gregory M. Spierkel has joined Ingram Micro Inc. in Santa Ana as president of Asia Pacific and senior vice president of Ingram Micro. He will be based in Singapore. Spierkel was previously vice president of global sales and marketing for Mitel Corp., a Canadian manufacturer of PBX, software and semiconductor products.
