From Times Staff and Wire Reports

Cuban exiles in Miami reject Cuba’s accusations that they were behind recent bombings in three Havana tourist hotels, saying the blasts were more likely the work of disgruntled Cuban officials. But members of the exile community said no claims of responsibility for the bombings have been heard in Miami. The exiles blamed government officials because few other Cubans have access to either explosives or tourist hotels, they said.
