Speeders Advised to Avoid Lynn Road
If you plan to lead-foot it on Lynn Road this week, sheriff’s deputies suggest you think again.
In response to traffic accidents caused by drivers going too fast on Lynn Road at Gainsborough Road in Thousand Oaks, deputies will be out in force today through Saturday making sure people obey the 45 mph speed limit, said Sgt. Ken Bailey.
Not only have residents in the area north of The Oaks mall complained about drivers speeding through the intersection, but several accidents there have been blamed on speed, authorities said.
