SOS Staffing Services to Buy Execusoft

Execusoft Inc., an information technology staffing company, said Tuesday that it has agreed to be acquired by SOS Staffing Services Inc. in Salt Lake City.

Terms weren’t disclosed. SOS Staffing said it expects to close the acquisition by the end of August.

SOS Staffing said Execusoft’s offices in Salt Lake City and Orange generated revenue of about $10 million over the last 12 months. SOS Staffing had revenue of about $136 million last year.
