SANTA ANA HEIGHTS — Imperial Credit Mortgage Holdings Inc., a real estate investment trust, filed a registration statement Friday for $200 million worth of common and preferred shares, debt securities and warrants for securities.
The so-called shelf registration, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, allows the company to issue the securities from time to time.
The company said in its SEC filing that it will use proceeds for general purposes, including long-term investment operations, repayment of debt and future acquisitions.
