NAB Asset Corp. Announces Purchase
IRVINE —
NAB Asset Corp. said Friday that its majority owned subsidiary, Mortgage Portfolio Services Inc., has completed a previously announced purchase of Pacific American Mortgage Co. Terms were not released.
Pacific American is a retail mortgage origination unit of Pacific Southwest Bank in Corpus Christi, Texas.
NAB also announced that its negotiations to acquire Nationwide Cos. have been terminated.
