From Times Wire Reports
Kidnappers released an American citizen unharmed, eight days after he was abducted near the hotel he manages in the Pacific Coast resort of Acapulco. Vincent Carrozza was driving to the Princess Hotel on Dec. 9 when he was forced into a truck by 10 heavily armed men dressed in the black uniforms of federal police agents. Carrozza’s secretary, Aide Lopez, said the 47-year-old native of New York state was in good health.
