U.S. Victims of Jet Crash Identified

As crews battled powerful river currents to retrieve a Singapore-owned jet’s wreckage, the airline identified the five Americans among the 104 believed to have died when the plane crashed on Sumatra. Richard Dalrymple, Berenice Oey, Jonathan Oey, Susan Picariello and Kathryn Worth were passengers aboard the flight that went down midway between Jakarta and Singapore. News reports said Dalrymple’s mother lives in San Diego and that Worth, a 36-year-old lawyer, was born in Fremont, Calif.
