The average price of gasoline nationwide fell 2.04 cents in the last two weeks because of oversupply, according to the Camarillo-based Lundberg Survey of 10,000 stations nationwide. The national average price, including all grades and taxes, was $1.21 a gallon Friday. (California prices are usually higher than the U.S. average due to clean-air laws and tight refinery capacity.) Self-service, regular gasoline was $1.15 a gallon, mid-grade $1.26 and premium $1.34. Full-service regular was $1.56, mid-grade $1.64 and premium $1.71.
