From Times Wire Reports

A conservative group said it would refile a lawsuit seeking to force President Clinton to return insurance payouts for his defense in the Paula Jones case. District of Columbia Judge Geoffrey M. Alprin dismissed the case last week on several grounds, including lack of jurisdiction. Judicial Watch, which is suing Clinton on behalf of State Farm policyholders, made a formal demand for restitution, the first step toward filing its suit in Illinois, where State Farm is based. From his days as Arkansas governor, Clinton has maintained personal liability coverage with State Farm.
