Which Way?

Chris Kraul stated two times in his article on Brazil [“Companies Unfazed by Changes Rocking Brazil,” Dec. 14] that the state of Parana is north of Sao Paulo state. Admittedly, I have not been to Brazil in many years, but I always thought it was south of Sao Paulo.
I hope Chrysler does not get too confused and insist on going in the wrong direction, or to the wrong state.
