Officer to Be Feted for Citing Drunk Drivers
The Los Alamitos Area Chamber of Commerce and Mothers Against Drunk Driving will honor police officer Phil Arnold, who arrested 30 intoxicated drivers his first year on the job.
Arnold will be given MADD’s Deuce Award during the Wake Up With Los Alamitos breakfast Jan. 9 at the Cypress Golf Club, 4921 Katella Ave. Reservations are required.
Also on the agenda is discussion of local business.
The chamber serves Los Alamitos, Rossmoor, Seal Beach, Cypress and portions of Long Beach, but business people from throughout Orange County are welcome.
