Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc., which designs and manufactures memory products, reported a net loss of $698,301, or 4 cents a share, for the first fiscal quarter ended May 31, contrasted with profit of $145,330, or 1 cent a share, for the year-earlier period. Revenue declined 17% to $3.4 million from $4.1 million.
