Cupertino Company to Buy NetSoft Inc. for $26 Million

NetSoft Inc., a privately held developer of computer communications software, is being acquired by NetManage Inc. of Cupertino for $26 million in cash. The deal is expected to close in August.

NetManage, which makes products that connect computer networks, said Tuesday the deal will create one of the largest vendors in the market for such products.
