Lockheed Martin Corp. agreed to pay $200,000 to settle federal charges that the company fraudulently failed to inspect and test computer components used on military aircraft, the Justice Department said. The settlement resolves allegations against Lockheed in a whistle-blower lawsuit filed by a former employee. . . .
