Britain’s Allied Dome said it agreed to acquire MTC Management Inc., the franchiser of the 203-store Campbell-based Togo’s Eateries chain, for undisclosed terms. Allied Domecq owns the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream chains. It said it plans to expand Togo’s with stores that combine all three brands. . . . San Francisco-based Digital General Systems said it plans to acquire IndeNet Inc. subsidiary Mediatech/Starcom for $25.8 million in cash, debt and stock. . . .
