RemedyTemp Inc.: The San Juan Capistrano provider of temporary staff said net income for the third quarter of fiscal 1997 was a record $2.6 million, or 29 cents a share, up from $1.9 million, or 25 cents a share, for the same period of fiscal 1996. Revenue for the quarter ended June 29 rose 26% to $92.3 million from $73 million. Net income for the first nine months totaled $7.2 million, or 79 cents a share, 41% higher than $5.1 million, or 66 cents a share, for the same period in fiscal 1996. Revenue grew 28% to $260.4 million from $203.1 million. RemedyTemp had its initial public offering June 11, 1996.
