Cunanan’s Body Sent to Mortuary

The medical examiner’s office in Miami released the body of Andrew Phillip Cunanan and a funeral home prepared the remains for shipment to his family in California. The remains will be taken to Glenn Abbey Memorial Park in Bonita. Authorities suspect Cunanan in a cross-country killing rampage that left five men dead--including fashion designer Gianni Versace. Cunanan killed himself Wednesday.
