The Centris Group Inc.: The Costa Mesa insurance company, formerly US Facilities Corp., reported second quarter net income of $3.7 million, or 62 cents a share, a 3% gain from the $3.6 million, or 60 cents a share, posted a year ago. Revenue was up 27% to $49 million from $38.5 million. For the six months, net income was $7.4 million, or $1.22 a share, compared with $7.4 million, or $1.24 a share, for the 1996 first half. Revenue improved 28% to $99.2 million from $77.4 million.
