HomeLife Inc., a publicly held real estate brokerage franchise company, said Tuesday it has acquired Network Real Estate Inc., which operates 12 real estate offices in Northern California, for an undisclosed amount. This is HomeLife’s sixth acquisition since 1995 and company officials say they are continuing to look for other firms to purchase.

HomeLife and its affiliated companies, including Red Carpet and National Real Estate Services, operate 450 offices with more than 7,000 agents.
