Endocare Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of surgical devices reported a third quarter net loss of $1.1 million, or 13 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $367,062, or 7 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue was up 11% to $555,942 from $499,073. For the nine-month period, the net loss was $2.9 million, or 36 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $1.3 million, or 24 cents a share, for the like three quarters last year. Revenue gained 15% to $1.5 million from $1.3 million.
