Bill Clinton seems to be upset that he has “completely failed to convince a substantial majority of American people of the importance of trade to our economic development” (Nov. 2).
He shouldn’t take it too hard. After all, campaigning on his visions for the future, he has failed in two attempts to convince even a simple majority of American people to vote for him.
