Dining With a Judge Is Certainly No Crime

So Charles Barkley is just a fun-loving guy [J.A. Adande column, Nov. 7] who is often misunderstood and one of the worst things he ever did was have lunch with a Supreme Court justice! Excuse me?

Is this thinking truly representative of The Times’ editorial policies?

As Selanne goes out night after night and plays his heart out, what we hear about is Shaq punching an opponent in practice. Still our kids will want to be famous like Shaquille O’Neal.

While growing up I idolized Jerry West. But now, sorry Jerry, I will never take my son to a Laker game.
