Glenn Yarbrough to Sing at Benefit

Teachers will be recognized this week at a concert by folk singer Glenn Yarbrough. Proceeds will benefit Community Incentives for Teaching Excellence, a foundation that aims to raise teaching standards and reward effective instructors.
