Eastman Kodak Co. said each worker who is dismissed under its plan to cut 10,000 jobs during the next two years will receive two weeks’ pay for each year of service, for a maximum of one year’s pay. Kodak also said it plans to sell to IBM Corp. its minority stake in computer services provider Technology Service Solutions. . . . Ameritech Corp. said it will take an after-tax charge of $42 million in the fourth quarter, reducing its earnings to about 8 cents a share, to pay for a proposed $226-million settlement of a class-action suit that alleged the company used unfair sales practices for a phone equipment maintenance plan. . . . Jacksonville, Fla.-based AccuStaff Inc. said it will acquire closely held Office Specialists Inc. of Boston for as much as $85 million in stock, in a move to offer more specialized temporary workers and consultants. . . .
