Scoop Inc. The Irvine provider of business information services incurred a net loss of $1.7 million, or 29 cents a share, for the third quarter, compared with a net loss of $769,300, or 19 cents a share, for the corresponding year-earlier period. Revenue increased 60% to $530,100 from $331,400.
