Share

Ventura County sheriff’s investigators are asking for help in locating three fugitives.

Authorities are searching for Joann Mendoza, who has been convicted on charges of drug possession, being under the influence of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was arrested in January and released on a promise to appear in court. A warrant was issued following her failure to appear for a July court hearing.

She is described as 5-feet-6 and 165 pounds with brown hair and eyes. The word “Gekko” is tattooed on her right arm and the letter “M” on her left.

Her last known address was on Greenbrook Drive in Oxnard.

Randall Williams has violated the terms of his probation following a burglary conviction, authorities said.

He is 5feet-11 and weighs 140 pounds, with blond hair and hazel eyes.

His last known address was in the 100 block of Pleasant Valley Road.

Minerva Dunn, 28, has been convicted of drug possession, being under the influence of drugs and battery. Authorities say she has violated the terms of her probation and is wanted on three warrants for her arrest.

She was last seen in south Oxnard but has family in Camarillo where investigators believe she may be staying.

She is 5-feet-5, weighs 115 pounds and has brown hair and eyes.

Investigators encourage anyone with information on the three to call the Ventura County Crime Stoppers’ hotline at 385-TALK or 494-TALK.

Tipsters may call anonymously.

If the information leads to an arrest and conviction, they could receive rewards of up to $1,000.
