Casino Financing Set

Nona Morelli’s II Inc. said it has received financing to complete and open the first of its three Tunisian casino projects.

Cedric International Co. agreed to provide $5.5 million in working capital, while Societe Francaise Automatique, a French video and coin-operated arcade developer, has agreed to finance all slot machines and related equipment for the first casino, the Irvine-based company said. Terms of the two financing agreements were not disclosed.
