ESL Tutor Training Offered at St. John’s

Free training as an English-as-a-second-language tutor is being offered by St. John’s Episcopal Church and School.
Tutors are asked to make a once per week commitment to the program for the school year.
“Our teachers find that they can learn and benefit while helping others,” said Janet Wells, who runs the program.
The church offers the ESL program at no cost to people who don’t speak English or who speak it poorly.
Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the church, 30382 Via Con Dios.
