Ribet Academy 28, Buckley 27--Buckley quarterback Bjorn Jacobson fumbled while running uncontested toward the end zone on a two-point conversion attempt with 50 seconds left and the Fighting Frogs recovered to secure a Victory League game at Ribet Academy.

Mark Dadlani recovered the fumble for the Fighting Frogs (3-1, 2-0), who nearly blew a 14-point lead.

Ribet quarterback Ryan Miklusak rushed for 84 yards and two touchdowns in 12 carries, and he completed 13 of 21 passes for 100 yards and a touchdown.

Jacobson, a sophomore, was equally effective for Buckley (0-3, 0-1), running for touchdowns of 46 and 29 yards en route to 110 yards in eight carries.

With just under a minute left and Buckley trailing, 28-21, Jacobson fumbled as he reached across the goal line, but Royal Weaver recovered in the end zone to pull the Griffins to within one.

Weaver ran for 127 yards in 17 carries.
