* Bill Stout, chairman and chief executive of Trompeter Electronics Inc. in Westlake Village, has taken on the additional post of president.

Jack Kantola, who was president of the company for six years, has left Trompeter.

The company makes various electronic components for the telecommunications, military and broadcast industries.

* Sylvia Krask has been promoted to vice president of music business and legal affairs for Walt Disney Pictures and Television, the entertainment company has announced.

Krask will be responsible for negotiating soundtrack-album agreements and contracts for recording artists, songwriters, record producers and composers for all motion pictures produced for the Walt Disney Pictures, Touchstone Pictures and Hollywood Pictures banners.

Prior to joining the company in 1989 as a music attorney, she handled music business affairs for Triad Artists Agency.

* Linda Rutter has been named regional sales director of Hilford Moving & Storage in Ventura.

She comes to Hilford from Hunt-Wesson Foods in Fullerton, where she was territory sales manager.

Her duties will include selling at the corporate level and handling employee relocation services, business moving services and special products needing sensitive handling.

Hilford is an agent of Allied Van Lines.

* Felice Ginsberg has been named director of finance of Casa Pacifica in Camarillo, a treatment center for abused and neglected children.

She will oversee and manage the center’s $6-million annual budget.

Ginsberg was chief financial officer for Ventura County National Bancorp for more than seven years.
