Council May Create Redevelopment Post
Another important step in the renovation of the El Toro Road retail district could be taken tonight when the City Council considers hiring a redevelopment manager.
The manager would oversee the economic revitalization of the crucial shopping district and guide Lake Forest through the complicated redevelopment process.
In other action, the council may approve the addition of two part-time secretarial clerks and a landscape inspector. A private firm now performs all three jobs.
