Depression, Anxiety Focus of Programs
South Coast Medical Center will offer free screenings for depression and a lecture on anxiety and panic disorders this week.
Psychiatrist Irwin Rosenfeld will discuss symptoms and treatments for anxiety and panic disorders Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the hospital auditorium, 31872 South Coast Highway, Laguna Beach.
On Thursday, residents who may be struggling with depression can complete an anonymous questionnaire and discuss the results with a mental health professional. The screenings will be offered from 1 to 5 p.m. at the hospital’s Outpatient Services Center, 24181 Ronda Del Rossmoor, Laguna Hills.
