Share

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration cited Costa Mesa-based Apria Healthcare Group Inc. once again for failing to follow proper procedures in filling patients’ oxygen canisters at a facility in Tennessee. The inspection early last month found inadequate testing, among other things, at a plant where oxygen containers are prepared, according to a warning letter made public by the agency. The citation was the fifth in less than two years. The company said it continues to work with the agency to correct any concerns.
