Lawyer Testifies for NFL

NFL lawyer Frank Rothman argued that proof of the league’s willingness to allow a team to move to St. Louis was evident in the fact that the Rams are here now.
The St. Louis Convention and Visitors Commission’s is suing the NFL for $130 million because it says the league tried to stop a team from moving to St. Louis, and when the Rams finally considered relocating to it, the city was forced to pay enormously.
