XP Systems, Users Unite to Serve Credit Unions

XP Systems in Moorpark and Users Inc. in Valley Forge, Pa., have agreed to unite their organizations under an umbrella holding company that they say will be the largest supplier of data processing systems in the credit union industry.

The new company will serve more than 650 credit unions nationally, representing about $60 billion in credit union assets, or 18% of the total industry.

XP Systems and Users will continue to operate independently under the new holding company, operating as UXP Corp.

Each company will maintain its current management team, product line, organizational structure and client advisory group.
