Dozens of Companies to Attend Job Festival

Representatives from more than 80 Southern California companies will be on hand Monday to interview prospective employees at Cal State Northridge’s “Job Festival ’97.”

The job fair runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the University Student Union, 18111 Nordhoff St.

Recruiters from Blue Cross of California, the California Highway Patrol, the Central Intelligence Agency, Coca-Cola Bottling Co. of Southern California, Starbucks Coffee, GTE Government Systems, KTLA-TV and Wells Fargo Bank, among others, are scheduled to participate.

Job seekers are asked to arrive early at the festival to sign up for interviews with selected employers. Scheduled interviews will be held on campus from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.

The event is open to Cal State Northridge alumni and students and sponsored by the CSUN Career Center.
