Kofax Completes Initial Offering

Kofax Image Products Inc. said it has completed its initial public offering of 2 million common shares at $11 apiece. The stock closed Friday at $10.50 a share on the Nasdaq market.

The company, which supplies document imaging software and scanner enhancement products, said it offered 1.3 million shares, while selling shareholders offered 700,000 shares.

Kofax said it has about 5.3 million shares of common stock outstanding following the offering.
