3 Killed, 2 Wounded by Blast in Croatia

ZAGREB, Croatia —
A cache of explosives accidentally detonated as it was being moved Saturday, killing three people and seriously injuring two, news reports said.
According to Croatian radio, a police investigation found that the blast occurred as men were transferring 1,000 pounds of explosives from a truck into a house in Stari Jankovci, a village in Croatia’s last Serb-held region, Slavonia. All the casualties were ethnic Serbs.
