ATL Products Inc.: The Irvine maker of automated tape libraries for the computer market reported that net income for the second fiscal quarter advanced 14% to $1.6 million, or 16 cents a share, from $1.4 million, or 16 cents a share, for the corresponding period of the prior year. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 increased 60% to $22.9 million from $14.3 million. First half net income was $2.8 million, or 28 cents a share, 22% higher than the $2.3 million, or 27 cents a share, recorded for the first six months a year ago. Sales were up 54% to $41.5 million from $27 million.
