A Really Big Show
It wasn’t quite a million, but attendance at a two-day air show over the weekend at Edwards Air Force Base was still impressive. More than 800,000 spectators (375,000 on Saturday and 425,000 on Sunday) turned out. That’s the highest attendance of any show at Edwards and closely rivals the famed air show at Oshkosh, Wis., which drew 840,000 this year.
