If All Were Insured, There’d Be No Cheating

I found it most enlightening to see that all the frauds mentioned (“Fraud Problem Is Very Real: It’s Insurers’ $100-Billion Headache,” Sept. 29) were for medical care that needed to be received. It was just that the wrong person, i.e., one not covered by insurance, was receiving the care. It seems to me that this sends a very strong statement that we need universal medical coverage: Medicare for all, paid for by all.
