Kaufman & Broad Buys 5 Acres in Thousand Oaks

Kaufman & Broad of Southern California has purchased a five-acre parcel at Sunset Hills and California 23 in Thousand Oaks to build 20 homes.

The property was purchased from the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles for an undisclosed amount.

Thomas Associates represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
