Paula Corbin Jones’ attorneys in her sexual harassment lawsuit against President Clinton on Tuesday subpoenaed Gennifer Flowers, the former cabaret singer who says she had a long affair with Clinton.

Flowers’ attorney, Rugger Burke, said his client was subpoenaed Tuesday morning and was asked to give a deposition in Paula Jones’ lawsuit on Nov. 14.

Burke said Jones’ lawyers requested tape recordings of any conversations, letters or notes between Flowers and Clinton.

Clinton says he never had any relationship with Flowers and flatly denies Jones’ allegations that he exposed himself and asked her for oral sex inside a Little Rock, Ark., hotel room in 1991.

Jones’ attorneys also took the deposition of Dolly Kyle Browning, a former high school classmate of the president who claims that she too was his lover. She declined to discuss her deposition.

Meanwhile, Jones sought to drop claims that former state trooper Danny Ferguson tarnished her reputation by claiming she was eager to be Clinton’s mistress.

Lawyers for Ferguson have been questioning potential witnesses about Jones’ past.

If the charge is dropped, Ferguson will remain accused of conspiring to violate Jones’ rights.
