Dense-Pac Acquisition

GARDEN GROVE — Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc. said Monday it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Typehaus, a Texas-based provider of printer products.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
Dense-Pac said the acquisition creates a division of digital software solutions to better use and manage its existing hardware technology. Most of Typehaus’ operations will be consolidated in Dense-Pac’s Garden Grove location.
Typehaus provides printer media devices, printer memory and electronic laser printer products. Dense-Pac designs and makes three-dimensional high-density memory products.
