Golf Event Raises $25,000 for College

A recent golf tournament raised $25,000 for renovations to Orange Coast College’s John Clark Computing Center.

The 1998 Mazda/Orange Coast College Golf Classic marks the sixth year in a row that OCC has hosted golf tournaments to benefit campus projects. The first two tournaments supported the college’s culinary program; 1995 and ’96 tournaments helped construction of the new campus children’s center, and the 1997 and ’98 tournaments have supported the computer center.
